WHAT I THINK ABOUT MYSELF
I looked at myself over and over again standing in the front of a mirror,all i see was just a figure without a hope,a future and with nothing to offer.Someone said to me .....Xlam you are handsome,have you seen a beautiful lady before?I replied sarcastically.Another said.....You are such a nice boy.NICE! I screamed what is nice about me?I asked again.Yet a friend of mine keep singing into my ears........Xlam you're a blessing.A BLESSING! How can i bless with zero?.................A dear one came to me and said...you are a different breed together,i really love you.With great surprise i said to myself.....LOVE! Of course there are millions out there to love .Am i really different?I'm just like any other person out there.After some minutes of thinking i asked myself ,when would i start:Appreciating myself?Seeing myself as God sees me?,Accept that i am unique?,Believe that i have a treasure?,Begin to see the beauty of God in me?,Begin to see all the good things deposited in me?.............Hmm,mm that's just me, i conluded just as i was about to discard the thought,i looked at the mirror again and look straight in the eyes of a young,naive and innocent boy(myself).Then i saw in me a re-assuring look,a promising and bright future,Greatness,a seed about to sprout,one created in God's image and likeness.Friends if only you will see yourself as God see's you,it makes a lot more difference.I leave you with this......."Never look down on yourself,always remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made"(psalm 138:14).
MY APPROACH TO LIFE
Life's has not been too easy a nut for me to crack.But i thank God for the lives of my parents who are very couragous and hard working.They taught me to approach life as it comes to me.Though things are not as surpose,but i still take to the advice of my parents to always approach life as it comes.For me i take life as i see it. "Life goes on and on we go."
